For society to work well, people complete tasks. Completing tasks is what people do in their whole life, and it is considered important. Some people prefer to work in groups, while others like to complete their tasks alone. I would like to work on my tasks in groups.

If we work in groups, more works can be done in a shorter time. People divide their works and cooperate together. If we work individually, we have to do everything that is needed to be done one by one. But if many people work on tasks that are specialized to them, and work on them at the same time, the group can complete many tasks in a short period. Dividing and cooperating is used n every company; each person has tasks one need to do, and finishing it is cooperating with their company.

The ideas people make in the groups can develop by sharing their thoughts with others. When people work together, they usually have a meeting or debate. Group members point out the problems they find on others’ ideas and by that the final ideas can complement many problems. Unlike working as a group, working individually can’t give better ideas. Because no one helps and tells the individuals what the problems one’s idea have, there is a high possibility that the results may not be good.

As the proportion of completing task is huge, I think the results of the tasks is the most important. The quality of the work depends on the result. Aren’t the results more important than the comfort of not fighting with others?
